Technology Readiness Test Rig Design & Build (TRL 3–9)
To eliminate technical design risk from prototype to production, we design and manufacture bespoke testing infrastructure. This includes custom lifecycle and environmental test equipment tailored exactly to your product parameters. This spans from building early-stage Proof of Principle (POP) rigs to resolve initial design anomalies and ensure functional verification, through to complex, automated production line QA test equipment to facilitate batch sampling and in-service validation.
Reliability Readiness Make-Test-Iterate (RRL 4–7)
To catch and eliminate product failure risks early, we operate accelerated, low-cost physical verification cycles. This provides rapid physical evaluation long before formal test house submission. We uncover structural, mechanical, or thermal limitations through targeted destructive testing. Our specific evaluations cover force, strain, compression, temperature, and humidity. Resolving these issues early saves our clients significant capital ahead of engaging expensive, slow, and formal regulatory test houses.
Manufacturing Readiness Scale-Up Support (MRL 6–8)
To bridge the gap between modern hardware innovation and legacy supply chains, we guide scaling companies from design into low-volume production. We build pragmatic production strategies that inform and are informed by Design for Manufacture (DfM) and execute pilot runs for pre-production prototypes. Product Safety Readiness Compliance Hand-Holding (PSRL 3–8)
To ensure compliance never stalls your commercial launch, we de-risk the regulatory, safety, and certification processes. We handle your regulatory journey end-to-end. This involves navigating early compliance research, managing independent peer safety reviews, providing technical due diligence and managing the compliance process through test houses. We also prepare the comprehensive technical files required for final product reliability and safety certification.
Commercial Readiness Pitch & Research Collateral (CRL 3–9)
To validate user experience and secure funding, we create high-impact physical assets. We bridge the gap between engineering and investment by building convincing proof-of-concept rigs and stunning boardroom demonstrators to help to pitch the product. Our physical research collateral, such as CMF (colour/material/finishes) samples and initial form-factor models, supports ongoing user validation. For investors, this physical realisation works alongside our top-of-funnel pitch assessments and technical due diligence. This combined approach de-risks capital deployment and helps troubleshoot active portfolios.
